Managing Stress Through Holistic Approaches

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a virtual workshop, "Managing Stress Through Holistic Approaches." I was asked to do a portion on nutrition and how it relates to stress. It was fun digging into the literature around this topic and raising awareness about how quality nutrition impacts your body. In addition, I learned so much about other approaches that I can work to incorporating, outside of nutrition. I hope you enjoy!
